Taxes with internships and mini-jobs?

Hi, what's the tax situation if I have a mini-job and earn €538 there, and I'm also doing a paid internship? Do I have to pay taxes? And as a student, will I then be excluded from my family insurance?

It depends on…

if your mini-job employer for you % flat rate tax you have to pay this minijob wage not In your Ek tax return, you will have the basic amount of currently 11.604€ + 1.230€ advertising fee!

About Type of internship is it?

e.g.: In terms of tax, employers decide themselves: whether they have the mini-job flat-rate with two percent or individually according to the wage-tax class tax the minijobber.

What to consider for trainees as a minijobber?

Whether the mini-job regulations can be applied for an intern or an intern depends on the type of internship. There are various types of internships: prescribed and non-required (voluntary) internships. Only for voluntary internships are the mini-job regulations.

Since no one knows your exact circumstances and not the amount of merit, call your competent tax office (tax) and your health insurance (family insurance). They will advise you because they are there for that.

No, since financial offices have a ban on consulting under the tax advisory law and only tax advisors are allowed to consult.

If the 538 € job is treated as a real mini job, then it is tax-free for you.

If you take another job, it will be taxed according to wage tax class 1. Whether and how much pay tax depends on the monthly earnings, there are gross net calculators on the net.

Depends on whether the mini-job is taxed on a flat-rate basis or is charged individually according to the reward class…

In addition, a second minijob the sum of all minijob earnings max. 538€!

There are no unreal minijobs: “In terms of tax, employers decide themselves – they state whether they have the mini-job flat-rate with two percent or individually according to the wage-tax class of the minijobber.

This is what everyone (!) workers do. Taxes and social security contributions are retained by his wages. This is how our state and our solidarity system works. And that’s good.
And you will have more and more money when you work more, the deductions are never over 100%. Promise.
