Tax agency?
Hello, if you, as a German, work with an English agency to promote your online business in the best possible way and give this agency 30% of the revenue, do you still pay German taxes on the full 100% or only on the 70% that you ultimately keep?
Best regards
You pay VAT on sales, so on all revenues.
You pay income tax and commercial tax on profit. There are 100% operating income and 30% operating expenses.
But accepted at 42% tax levies and the agency gets say 50%
Do I earn 100% – I pay 50% to the agency and yet 42% to 100% to Germany (are I 8%??)
If then again taxes are charged on business and sales tax – egsl on which percentage – then I go into minus according to my bill.
Suppose you take 30k a month, agency gets 50% – with how much can I expect to end effect net with me what I can keep -single, childless, male – Approximately.
Thank you.
Sure? According to the question, the agency sits in Großbrittanien.
360.000 € gross in turnover tax are a turnover tax payload of 57.478.99 € (19%). In return, you have a pre-tax claim from the computer agency of €28.739.49. The difference is the sales tax with which you are actually charged.
For income tax you have a profit of: € 360.000 ./. € 180.000 Fee + € 28,739.49 Pre-tax from the fee ./. € 57.478.99
Now I guess 30% of special expenses and extraordinary charges, as I don’t know any KV/PV contract. And I am at a taxable income of € 105,882.
This results in Official income tax calculator a tax of EUR 36.394.33 (ESt + SolZ).
The commercial tax depends on the lifting rate of its municipality. For an estimated lifting rate of 400%, after the computer then a commercial tax of €17,738,00.
The remaining numbers now correct plus and minus to count, I leave you. This is primary school of mathematics.
