Stellenangebot von Konkurenz bekommen, aber abgelehnt- Vorgesetzten trotzdem davon erzählen?
Hallo zusammen, bin Abteilungsleitung in der sozialen Arbeit, Bereich Altenhilfe und Quartiersmanagement-
Bin seit neun Jahren in der Einrichtung, habe mich dort unter schwierigen Umständen weiterentwickelt und immer mehr Verantwortung übernommen.
Habe jetzt ein sehr lukaratives Stellenangebot bekommen, wo ich abgeworben wäre von einem Kooperationspartner.
Habe mich aber jetzt dagegen entschieden, da ich nach wie vor noch Berührungspunkte mit meinen alten Arbeitgeber gehabt hätte (allerdings in einer anderen rolle) und wenn ich gehe, einen klaren Schnitt machen möchte.
Ist es klug seinen Chef von dem Angebot zu erzählen und dass ich mich entschieden habe zu bleiben und stattdessen noch weiter die aktuelle Unternehmensziele vorantreiben möchte?
Oder lieber stillschweigen und gar nichts erzählen?

No way. If one of my employees would tell me that, I suspect one of these points.
All three points are things that make me doubt about his loyalty to me. And that’s how my trust falls to him.
