Hallo, ich habe vorhin bei Shein bestellt und habe eine Email bekommen, dass alles bezahlt ist usw. Nun habe ich eine weitere Email bekommen wo drinsteht, dass meine Bestellung storniert wurde. Allerdings habe ich mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen! Was soll ich machen und ist das jemanden von euch auch passiert?!
Eine Ratenzahlung konnte nicht pünktlich abgebucht werden von Klarna von meinem Konto, das wirkt sich negativ auf den Bonitäts Score aus, wiedergutmachung wie?
Muss man damit jetzt leben das der score ein wenig negativ wurde, oder kann sich das schnell wieder verbessern bzw. beheben, und wie?
