Hello! A while ago, the low beam (left only) on my car stopped working. I replaced the bulb, but unfortunately that didn't help. I also checked the fuse – it's OK. What could be causing the low beam to still not work?

The question is whether the E-number indicates which Euro standard it complies with. For example, "e3 1234," or does the exhaust only need to have an E-number, which would immediately make it approved for all Euro standards.
