Steam game update error?

Hey, I'm currently playing the new Ark: Survival: Ascended. An update came out recently, which I installed. Afterward, the game started installing again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. At first, the game worked, but a day later, when I tried to start it again, I was told I had to install 105 GB again, but with a supposedly 0 bits per second, and thus the download time increased to over a year. Does anyone have a suggested solution? I have enough free storage, and my internet connection is stable. I also cleared the cache. See attached image.
