Hi. I've been having trouble starting games in offline mode for a few days now. Even if I've already purchased and installed a game and am in offline mode on Steam, it still says I should buy the game. It also says that I can't use the Steam library in offline mode. Can anyone help me?

If you are in offline mode for a long time, it may be that licenses or runtimes may run and they must be re-examined.
