Steam missing file permissions?

Hello, I have a problem with Steam. And before you ask, no, I haven't changed anything, just installed two additional RAMs, each with 8 GB and a clock speed of 3000 MHz.

My problem is that certain games like Rainbow Six Siege can no longer be updated. The reason: missing file permissions.

What can I do? I haven't changed anything in the software.
