I logged into my steam account today and saw this: However, I cannot change my password because it keeps telling me that my Captcha failed. Apparently I can't play CS:GO either because, according to Steam, the game doesn't belong to me. Can someone help me? It's very important.
Why are Steam keys so expensive at the moment?
3-4 years ago you could buy almost any game for 3-4€ if it was a year or two old. Now it costs around 15€ per game

If this happens again: End Steam and restart.
Helps even if you buy DLCs but do not download them immediately.
Then you’ll have to wait a bit until Steam rolls out the update.
