Steam: Download at 0 bytes, then back to normal?

Hello,

I re-downloaded and reinstalled Steam yesterday. The first four games, which had a total data volume of about 30 GB, ran perfectly.

Now I wanted to download a 20GB game. The first 500MB worked perfectly without any problems, but then the download dropped to 0 bytes. After a few seconds, it increased again.

-Download region has been changed,

-Download cache cleared has been changed,

-Internet works very well up to 5MB and without interruptions.

What's the problem? Regards 🙂
