Steam account stolen and no access to my web.de email?

Hello, my Steam account was stolen. I've now explained my situation to Steam Support and requested a new password with proof such as keys. But strangely enough, I can no longer log in to web.de. My question is, how can I recover my web.de password? Unfortunately, I can't send the password to my second email address because I no longer know it and it's out of date. I also wanted to find the IP address and execute it, if possible.

First of all, one should think about how someone could steal the account.

You can either contact web.de’s support (call, other e-mail address) or write to Steam’s support, explain your case and ask them to change the e-mail address.

For my part, I would dispense with web.de (small/small support, “offers” or “abzocke” – automatic activation of the Web.de Club …).

Also remembered that there are several people who contact the support?

Can take two weeks before your request is accepted.

Hope you have given your real data to web.de because they will ask for your ID if you want to have your password back.

PS you should get the Mobile Guard

Maybe the account was hacked right away?

1. By entering your identity on Steam, you can recover your account. If your information is correct.

Two. You probably still have security questions, a phone number or 2nd e-mail. Otherwise it looks pretty gloomy for you.

3. Why do you want to locate the IP? You’d be in a bad position. Or did the “Hacker” really steal your data?
