This is just a cheap coated alupfanne. For really sharp frying, for example to miss a Sous Vide steak the fit color and roast staroms, you probably want to fry at temperatures that you can’t safely heat this pan.

For a little lower temperatures, so if your steaks aren’t pre-gaart, they should go. Ideal is aluminum but not because it can not keep the temperature so well when you enter your ingredients. Forging steel and cast iron are simply advantageous.

Can I fry my steak in the pan?

No, I’m sure not. These cheap pans are suitable for mirror eggs.

It is worth spending more money on pans. A steak – but also other meat – must be fried sharply and this is best done with a cast iron pan, which, by the way, keeps a whole life with proper care.

It’s gonna be kind of going.

But it’s probably gonna be pretty tough.

Get a neatly cast iron barbecue pan.

Yes, of course, you have to wait until the pan and the fat is hot, then do the steak in.

I’d never use an imprisonment pan to steak roast. Too bad about the pan and a pity about the steak.

A pan made of cast iron is still the best choice if you have no grill.

Yeah, that’s very much with that pan.

Important: Let the butter peel or oil be hot before adding the steak to the hot pan.

(And don’t save with fat!!!)

Yes, but only at high temperature!

If it’s not coated, yes.

I always get steaks in the stainless steel pan.

Sharp can best be roasted in uncoated pans.
