Start date of employment?

I have a quick question about the world of work.

The following situation: I have a job interview next week, but I'm a bit overwhelmed when the question comes up, "When could you start?" I'd like to say that I can't start until the middle of the month, or in the second week of March, because I have a holiday planned for the first week, which I really want to take, as I have a long-planned trip planned for the first Friday-Sunday weekend in March. (The job uses a shift model and weekends.) But then I'm scared, or don't know what plausible explanation I can give when they ask why not until mid-March? I simply don't want to make a bad impression, and I don't want to mess it up by saying I'm on holiday, because I actually need a job from mid-March, or April at the latest.

Say the date and good. They don’t care about the two weeks.

If they really want you, it doesn’t matter whether in 14 days or 4 weeks! Good reasons are always that you have to change your private environment for the new job!

That is why we are asked the times when the Ag wants to have your time are over with our skill shortage!

just say that the holiday has long been planned when the boss asks
I don’t see a problem at all because you don’t get a holiday in a new company in the first months.

So I said at the time: I can start at the beginning of the next month, but then in the middle of the month I need 3 days free because a friend of mine is getting married abroad, or otherwise after the wedding. was no problem at all for the AG, then started on the 1st.

Sure. Do not believe that this will be a problem. If the AG prefers that you start after this WE, then you agree.

AG are also people with interests away from the company. I think this is a little thing. you can talk.

What if you’re just open and honest?

You want to first take a planned and paid holiday and then start immediately in the company.

Such questions are asked during an interview.

If the company has serious interest in you, this will be absolutely no problem.

For the gang to the MUST get your company free! Finally, it is not your fault that you need to look for a new job, but lies in the fault of your current employer.

Then you’re out of work for two weeks. If you register with the Unemployed Agency, you can indicate that you start a working relationship from the date of the month. Then you get ALG1 for the time between. I hope you’ve already reported to the agency??

then throw a coin and ask no one for advice.

and this can only answer the company because it is their decision whether they accept your appointment requests or evaluate them as a k.o. criterion.

if you are skillful, you ask without obligation and cautiously and quickly notice what they want.

because only you can decide and nobody else knows your feelings and priorities
