Start Minecraft server through website?

I've been hosting Minecraft servers for friends every now and then for some time now. Up until now, I've started it manually each time and/or left my PC running the whole time so that it can be on 24/7.
It's just annoying to have to leave my PC on all the time and other PCs I have lying around aren't good enough for hosting.
Anyway, I wanted to create a website where I would then insert a button to start the server, like aternos does, for example.
I've been researching for a while now but haven't found anything.
Anyone have any ideas?

So that’s what’s going on, Bufferpanel, for example, but that’s why the computer still has to be because the must stop hosting the website. Unless you do that the computer is somehow started with Wake on lan, you still need another PC where this program is on it (that for Wake on Lan), if the server (hardware) then you just need to start a script that starts the Minecraft server when you start the operating systems.
