Extend Starlink’s range?

Hello everyone,

We would like to extend the range of our Wi-Fi (Starlink). I've often heard that this is also possible with a FRITZ!Box device. Is this true, and more importantly, what is the performance/strength?

Do you have any experience with this and can you give us some advice?

Thanks

You want to amplify your router’s Wi-Fi signal!?

The device is called “repeater”. A usually small nuffy electrical device, which catches the WLAN signal, amplifies and sends out with full power again.

we would like to extend our range from our WLAN (Starlink).

Öhm: “Starlink” has to do with WLAN nix.
Starlink is an Internet access via satellite – WLAN is a local radio network.

Let’s say that.
Will be difficult to give you a guide if you can’t differentiate this. 🤷

Is that true and above all, how is the performance/strength?

No – as far as WLAN is concerned, too many can not differentiate an amplifier (amplifier) from a signal repeater (repeater) – and therefore speak nonsens. This also includes the manufacturer.

Since, in principle, the complete WLAN hardware already runs at maximum permitted radio power, all types of amplifiers would in principle be operated illegally.
However, you can buy, store and sell them further.

Ready to learn do not roll with the eyes.
But thank you – shows that it is senseless to waste further time in your concern. Adieu!
