Heavy smoker, problems from smoking?

I'm a heavy smoker. I smoke a lot every day. I've noticed that smoking isn't good for me. I recently had a gastritis, but I've started smoking again. I get nauseous every morning. Could this be related to all the smoking? I don't know if I'm imagining it, but I feel better when I don't smoke… maybe someone knows something about it.

That smoking is harmful to health is not a secret. Now it’s thick on every pack. If you’re already in health, then smoking will definitely not make better. That nausea could be related to smoking is possible.

Especially if I have little sleep and then smoke on an empty stomach or only on an energy drink in the morning before the early shift, then sometimes bad or existing slight nausea is amplified by the cigarette. Therefore, I rarely smoke now, but feel more susceptible to nausea or dizziness, just in the morning as described. Consequence: If smoking, then not on empty stomach and only when I feel fit and it is actually.

In doubt, you should go to the doctor and explain it to him. Perhaps smoking in your situation is a especially Bad idea. Listen to your body if smoking really does not do well, then only helps to reduce smoking or stop completely. You’re not going to lose cigarettes.

It has long been scientifically proven that smoking is unhealthy. Just leave it.
