Starke Periode peinlich?
Hallo, mir ist letzte Woche was sehr peinliches passiert und es beschäftigt mich noch immer so, dass ich euch nach euer Meinung dazu fragen möchte. Vielleicht geht es mir dann besser.
Und zwar hatten wir von der Schule aus Praktikum im Kindergarten und an einem Tag ist meine Lehrerin zu mir gekommen um zu schauen wie es läuft.
Als ich dann in den Nebenraum gegangen bin um für mein Angebot vorzubereiten habe ich auf einmal extrem starke Unterbauchschmerzen bekommen und konnte kaum noch stehen. Ich habe mir aber gedacht, dass das gleich wieder weggeht und versucht weiterzumachen. Dann habe ich gemerkt dass es sich so anfühlt, als hätte ich meine Regelblutung bekommen. Ich habe dann gesehen, wie mir Blut bei der Innenseite der Oberschenkel runtergeronnen ist.
Ich habe mich so erschreckt, da ich meine Tage noch nie so stark hatte und auch noch nie so starke Schmerzen hatte.
Meine Pädagogin ist nach einer Zeit zu mir gekommen um zu sehen, wo ich bleibe und da ich nicht wusste, was ich tun sollte, hab ich sie gebeten, meine Lehrerin zu mir zu schicken.
Meine Lehrerin hat dann gefragt was los ist und ich hab gesagt dass ich mich dafür schäme und habe ihr das Blut gezeigt und habe mich vor Schmerzen gekrümmt.
Die Lehrerin war sehr lieb und hat nur versucht zu helfen aber mir ist das so unangenehm und ich trau mich nicht mehr die Lehrerin anzusehen. Vor allem bin ich 18 und in der Abschlussklasse also mach nächstes Jahr Matura/ Abitur. Ich weiß nicht, wie ich jetzt damit umgehen soll…

You don’t have to be ashamed. You can’t believe your rule was so strong and it was so bad for you. Since you had your rule so strong for the first time, you could not prepare yourself for it (more ties, etc.) You don’t have to be embarrassed by your teacher. She is also a woman, she knows how bad the rule can sometimes be.
Something like this has nothing to do with the age, even women who are older than you, it can happen that they are strongly bleeding or their clothing becomes bleeding because of the control bleeding.
So even I as a man can say there’s nothing embarrassing.

Every woman knows how it works during the period, there’s nothing that should be embarrassing.
You don’t have to be embarrassed. Many women have experienced similar things – when they were younger. It’s nothing special for your teacher, too.
I’d bring her a little box of chocolates. Mercy or the like and thank her for the help.
