Constantly hungry?
Hello!
I know this sounds strange but I am ALWAYS hungry, or rather you can't really call it hunger but I always have an appetite and the need to eat something.
I already have a bad metabolism and I'm not particularly thin when I eat normal portions of healthy food, but since I always want to eat, as I said, I'm a bit fatter at the moment.
I would like to eat healthy food to lose weight and I actually manage to do that because I eat something like muesli with fruit in the morning, vegetables with chicken and rice for lunch and salad in the evening, but even though my stomach is full and I'm therefore not hungry, I still think about food the whole time and I constantly have to eat something. So my body is never at peace, no matter what or how much I eat, I constantly have the urge to eat more. The snacks I do eat are usually healthy, like cashews. Cashews are healthy fats, but in excess (which is how I usually consume them) they are real calorie bombs. If I do eat something sweet because I have an absolute craving for it, I can't stop after one sweet and just keep eating until I honestly have to pull myself together.
For me, it has little to do with discipline. I once managed to completely avoid snacks for two whole months, and I lost a lot of weight that way, but it was very difficult for me because, even after all that time, I still hadn't gotten used to it and still had such a strong appetite every day.
Why is this happening, and what can I do? I really want to lose weight!
When the soul hungers, man eats. Vll. there’s something untied in your life or you lack something like nest heat…
That can be. So about 3 years ago when I was 12 everything started when I had a very traumatic event. I didn’t want to talk to anyone about it and started eating a lot instead. At some point, my mother noticed it and I told her everything for a long period of demand (about a year later) and for a few months everything was ok but at some point it started again. What can you do?
In a traumatic experience, you can first talk to the family doctor, who can then direct you to the specialist.
So you seem to absorb all the nutrients your body needs so that your hunger/appetite does not seem to come from a lack of condition.
Have you ever dealt with intuitive nutrition? I’ve heard from some people that they had the same problem before, because they “done” their bodies and tried to compensate for healthier alternatives. But what leads to unstoppable hunger/appetite.
I’m not a professional, but you don’t eat badly. Maybe a lot of exercise, swimming, cycling, gym will help you.
Well, you don’t seem to feed as your body needs.
You could just go to a good nutritional advice, there you can help.
Well, your mentioned examples are not really healthy…
Müsli with fruit? Many carbs and fructose, which ensures thick cravings.
Vegetables with chicken and rice? Depending on the division and the vegetables, but vegetables are quickly digested, rice are empty carbohydrates, the chicken is the only thing that is also saturated in smaller amounts.
Salad? Coming to the salad, but green leaf salad and a few other vegetables, consist almost exclusively of water that fills the stomach at short notice, but is also rucksacked and lacks macronutrients.
And it seems to be a failure, look, that you take a lot of protein and sufficient fat to you, this combination is full and long-lasting. Only protein is bullshit, it doesn’t work.
Also, you should be careful with the carbohydrates that you take long-chain to you, called potatoes instead of rice or noodles that are long fed, are low-calorie, vitamin-rich and saturated by the long-chain carbohydrates super long and lasting. Optionally, whole grain products also go, but grains are basically bad for intestinal health, even without gluten intolerance. Oh yes, pseudo cereals are also a great alternative here, such as buckwheat and millet. Likewise, legumes are always advisable as long as they are tolerated.
As long as you eat enough vegetables, you don’t need any fruit. Fruit sugar lets the blood sugar shoot upward, then mass-wise insulin is formed and the BZ drops rapidly. The result is hunger and hunger.
And if you can’t measure nuts, take a small portion (maximum one hand full!) and eat it slowly. Cashews and peanuts are, by the way, a cruel choice. Para- and walnuts are the best alternative here. In case of paranice, please only 2-3 nuts a day, otherwise you will destroy the thyroid gland.
The rest is discipline.
