Hmm…

Please remove the computer completely from the power and control all cables and plugs and all buttons above all the Power button on the housing. I used to smoke a plate because the power button stuck on the housing. It can of course also be something completely different. You should also look again in the motherboard manual whether really all the plugs are where they should be and especially others, please unload at the heater where you connect to the heating tube;-)

Ne Platte can, of course, use as much, but it is good to exclude as much as possible to protect the remaining hardware 😉

Then the SSD switches off. This can happen by overheating due to inadequate cooling or due to a defect.

So let the PC cool down for a while and when the SSD is back there is immediately as fast as it can secure the data.

Best buy a new one directly. You can also install them directly and plug the old into a USB case. Then you can plug the old one via USB to copy the data.

I’ve broken a plug on the cable, maybe a cable is loose. Mal smart ask (self monitoring…)

If it turns off or has suggested that the cable is defective, the BIOS can no longer “see” the plate.

And still no backup made?

If the plate turns off again and again because there’s something wrong, it’s a clear sign that the one day goes out “forever”.

It can be that the plate is overheated. The PC is especially warm when gaming. Then it turns on again after cooling. However, if there are defective chips that turn off “simply” again and again, then the problem will not be better with time. At some point, the damage is so big that the SSD immediately turns off and you can’t use it anymore.

Turn off, check cabling. Check Uefi (BIOS) status. Windows Computer Management Check Disk, Linux lsblk. Check smart values.

Try to read it with nem other controller or PC. But the guess is that she’s gone.
