SSD oder HDD – Was ist Umweltfreundlicher?

Gibt es da überhaupt große Unterschiede?

Mir ist klar, dass beides nicht umweltfreundlich ist!

Von der Produktion – Gebrauch – bis hin zum Recycling

The problem is: If the parts are professionally recyled, it almost doesn’t matter!

Isn’t that the case (and do we know?) Then the largely metallic hard drive is advantageous, because it becomes easy to scrap (and then recycled)

Hello,

an SSD is more environmentally friendly because it needs less electricity.

Even disposal is simpler,

because it contains less material.

To this end, much more semiconductors are likely to provide a significantly higher energy consumption in production (I say so from the stomach).

Well,

Gallium arsenide is very toxic.

This is not to be found in the hard drives.

De Rest will come to the special waste incineration.

For example, GSP near Manching.
