Because the speed at SSDs is hardly restricted by the controller or flash memory, but by the SATA interface, the maximum data flow is limited to about 500-520MB/s.
I wouldn’t buy a from Alibaba from China now, where then Fake capacities are often sold, but any reasonable brand is OK even if Intenso stands on it.

The PNY comes to me too cheap before 1TB under 60,-€ I think I’m a rumor, but if then probably this one.
The BX500 series has been installed depending on the size of the SSD QLC memory (from 1TB) so I would not recommend it.

Can not recommend you directly, but the xbox has 3.0 USB ports. To use the full speed, you should therefore also use a USB 3.0 plate (or better).
