SSD is not recognized in BIOS/Boot Priority?

A colleague of mine is having a problem. His SSD isn't showing up, not even in the BIOS or in the boot priority. His SATA cable isn't defective, and it's not a hardware issue. It just happened when he rebooted his PC. Can anyone help?

ig quite simpel .. he still has ne hdd or ne other ssd on the same cable? If so does this hard drive go? Because you know that it’s 100% not on the cable. If he doesn’t have it & ne other hard drive on the 2 sata cable, once the cables dive to safety & if it’s still not possible it’s on the ssd …
because still please make sure that cable from the ssd is right in the mainbord, does not bring anything if the ssd only gets power but is not connected to the mainboard
