Sps üben?
Hallo Leute,
Vor ca 1 Jahr hab ich meine Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker abgeschlossen und habe während der Ausbildung auch den Umgang und das erstellen von Sps Programmen gelernt, was mir sehr gelegen und sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat. Leider hab ich aber seitdem keine Berührungen mehr damit gehabt und befürchte nun dieses erlernte Wissen zu verlernen. Da ich aber diese Fähigkeit beibehalten will, suche ich nach einer Möglichkeit darin fit zu bleiben. Gibt es ein Programm, welches dafür geeignet ist zB Programme zu erstellen und diese in einer Art Animation zu simulieren?

Trysim is available free of charge including simulation with 40 actuators/sensors. For private, there is also a limited number of sensors/actuators for small money. However, both cannot be used productively on SPS (S7) and can only be simulated. That’s enough. We used this at the vocational school. You can build conveyor belts with light barriers, packs drop onto the conveyor belt etc. Switches and displays are also possible…
Companies can then purchase versions that, after simulation, allow the S7 to be loaded directly.
With the demo version of LogoSoft (Siemens Mini-SPS), you can create and simulate programs. Only restriction : with this version the program cannot be transferred to a PLC. But it’s enough to practice/simulate.
