Spring pendulum oscillation frequency?

An elevator on a rope is a spring pendulum that oscillates when someone jumps into the air. The frequency of the oscillation is higher the higher the number of floors (the shorter the rope). Why does a shorter spring pendulum oscillate faster?

A shorter pendulum swings faster because the length of the pendulum influences the oscillation duration. The shorter the pendulum, the faster the oscillation frequency is, as it has to travel a shorter distance and thus swings faster between the extreme points. 🫡🫡

The shorter steel rope has a larger spring constant.
