As far as I know, they do this as an adjustment mechanism to communicate. I don’t think that would make any sense.

But it’s possible that I’m wrongly informed.

First of all: they don’t really speak. They only imitate sounds they often hear. They usually do not. However, more intelligent animals, which can also imitate sounds (for example, ravens) often belonged to the context when they observe attentively (e.g. Hello as welcome).
