Voice control on Apple TV no longer works, what is the problem?

We have the latest Apple TV, and Siri voice control via the Apple Remote no longer works (properly). Specifically: previously, you could search for content in apps using voice from the home screen or dictate directly into the app's search field.
“Search content xx on YouTube” or dictate it directly in the search field at the top of the YT app.
All settings are correct, and the software is up to date. I've restarted the remote several times. What I noticed, however, is that in the settings under "General" > "Siri" > "Use Ask Siri," not a single app appears. Apps that allow access should appear there.
Does anyone here have a brilliant idea, or has anyone else encountered the same problem? Unfortunately, I can't find anything about this problem online or in the Apple forums.

Ja aber sieht das es könnte Sachen liegen dass deine Software nicht mit Hardware kompatibel ist oder auch deine Hardware nicht mehr Software ganz einfach gesagt installiere deine Software für deinen Fernseher neu halt mach ein Update ein neues Update für deinen Fernsehen und auch ein Update für das Programm was du auf dem Fernsehen installieren musst damit das was du sehen willst oder diese Inhalte zu sehen sind und alles funktioniert du brauchst erstmal ein neuestes Update für dein Fernsehen er wird dir zeigen ob das Update verfügbar ist oder ob er auf den neuesten Stand ist sollte er auf die neuesten Stand sein dann Update in deinem Programm was du nicht hast suche es einfach in Google Play Store da müsste es finden und dann tut das Programm runterladen das neueste und versucht das auch noch mal zu aktualisieren also zu updaten und wenn du die Update hast schreibst du den Fernseher neu und probiere es erneut dann müsste es eigentlich gehen liebe Grüße und ein schönes Wochenende
Geht’s dir gut? Was hat das denn mit meiner Frage zu tun?!
