Hello, Spotify is using a huge amount of mobile data in a very short time (300 MB in half an hour), even though the audio quality is set to low. What could be causing this?

I bought wired headphones. At first, everything was at 0. The music was very, very quiet. I have no idea, so I turned everything up to 100, and then it got loud. But how do I adjust it to get perfect clarity, bass, and a decent volume?
