Spotify local files not working?

Hi everyone. I added a file to my local files on my PC. When I add it to a playlist and try to play the song on my phone, this window appears (image). What can I do to fix this? And please don't write things like "Disable local files and then enable them again" or "Did you select the correct folder on the PC?"… Yes, I think I've done everything I need to do, but it still doesn't work. I hope someone can help.

You need to have local files on the device where you want to play them. As you have described, the function does not work

Just to make sure:

local files on the phone are on and the account you have is a premium account? I don’t really use the feature, but remember that you need premium for it

Okay, to be honest, I never use the feature on the phone, so I’m overwhelmed. Spotify says to help an app restart
