Spotify not working?

Hey guys, do you know a lot about cell phones?

Since yesterday I've had a problem where Spotify hasn't worked on my phone. When I open the app, the logo just appears and nothing happens, no matter how long I wait. It works on other devices, but not on my phone. My phone is generally a bit broken, so sometimes the screen doesn't respond or my phone says that the SIM card is missing, which isn't the case. Is this maybe because you can't use Spotify without a SIM? Every other app works, just not Spotify! I've already deleted the app and reinstalled it, but that didn't change anything. This is really the end of the world for me because I miss my music. I'm totally desperate. Thanks in advance for your help 🥲🙌
