I don’t know what you mean by folders, I think local files.

You can’t change the images of the folders, but you can playlists with them, and then you can change the image.

You can also change the images of the files yourself with an MP3 tagger.

nee, there is also the possibility to create folders in the pc version of spotify. It means that you can pack several playlists in an ordner. Isn’t that clear when everyone looks the same
