Hallo, Ich benutze seit Jahren das 7 kräuter shampoo von schauma. Ich hatte immer mit fettigen Haaren zu tun, bis ich merkte, daß ständige Wechseln von shampoos nicht gut ist und seitdem ich schauma benutze es endlich gut ist. Depending on what they are contaminated, you can buy appropriate means for this.

Z.B. for grass and CO Dr Backmann Natur

also removes grass, earth and cosmetics.so Ideal I would say for your sports.

To this end,

  • Bath tub
  • hot water
  • The abovementioned means
  • Washing by instruction
  • then change water
  • and rinse again with cold water –
  • Dry

Should be easy.
