Looking for a sporty first car up to 18,000€?

Hi guys, I've had my driver's license for a month now and now I have to decide which car will be my first car.

My parents set the following limitations:

Maximum 150 hp, nothing too flashy and nothing too old (it shouldn't be older than 10 years)

Now from my side, I would like an automatic, even though I learned to drive a manual in driving school, I still prefer the automatic.

Preferably a 5-door, color doesn't matter at first.

I don't know yet whether it's petrol or diesel.

Personally, I think the 318d/318i F30 is very good; you can do a lot of modifications to it later, which will make it look really stylish.

You can still give me your suggestions or ideas, I'm open to anything.

I had for quite exactly 18,000 nen e92 (BMW 320d). I loved the car, it was always loyal to me and still find it really nice when I see it on the street. So clear recommendation. It doesn’t have to be 320d because it’s over 150 hp.

Otherwise, maybe ne A-Class could fit in there. With a little sporty equipment, this would also be a good first car.

I’m currently driving Audi S6 because I need something bigger, I’m also very satisfied, but the Audis in the price category don’t think so stupid, so I’m the 3 or the A-Class.

Try it with a benz from 🙂

Especially with the older ones, an automatic transmission is more relaxed for driving and they also had a lot of PS. The C-Classes zb W202/W203 as a sedan had around the 130/140 hp if I’m not mistaken. However, these also need care and care regarding rust, is unfortunately known for older cars at least I have the feeling.

A 190 e (W201) would otherwise be another alternative of Mercedes, which are also quite cool (I find at least) that my friend with the 1.8 engine has 109 hp and I believe that of his buddy with the 2.3 motor 140 hp or so. They can be really fun with automatic.

No other alternative would be An E39 from BMW, by the way, the driving feeling is really horny with the series chassis, you realize nix and they still go off like Schmitz Cat. However, I don’t know how well about PS and care.

But if these older models aren’t yours, you have to look for a new car, but I don’t have much idea of it, because I’m more concerned with older cars.

Greetings, hope this will help you further 🙂

However, most over 20 years are very reliable when you take care. I forgot to mention

You can still call me your suggestions or ideas, open to everything.

My proposal would be to buy a cheap car, so learn to drive and invest in a few years 18,000€ for a car.

You have a driver’s license but the practice is missing, which allows you to technically break your car on one side, and on the other hand there is a risk of damage.

An old audi with 400 ps costs €20,000 This is still the best for such little money
