Exercise despite sore muscles?
I have to take a physical education exam in a few hours, but unfortunately, I still have severe muscle soreness in both legs. The next exam probably won't be until February, so I should pass.
Are there any tips on how to improve performance or reduce pain (stretching, medication, etc.)? I don't know if anything is optimal, and I'll allow myself as much rest as necessary afterward.
