Depends on how bad your cold is. And how you feel if you’re not sure then stay home and get healthy.

From a cold, something can quickly become serious

I know too well when I get sick right there. Then more than a week broke so I said out of a distress quickly what serious so Ruh would rather you out and good improvement πŸ˜‰

Better is not to complicate with it, but if you have such a good pleasure then you might be able to participate in a limited way.

If you’re cold, you shouldn’t take a sport and get yourself out, which is totally annoying after many days, I can understand the danger that you’re more likely to harm yourself with overexercise and have the crap for even longer is unfortunately there.

If you have elevated temperature or fever, you should discard the thoughts immediately.

The situation depends on how doll one is cold and how intensive sporting lessons can become.

If you’re insecure, get rid of or apologise for sports lessons.

It is important that you rest, drink sufficient liquid (tea or water) and eat if possible.

If you’re completely dolled, note that you’re not so strenuous as you’re so sick.

So listen to your body.

Personally, I would not recommend this .. can be very unhealthy for the cardiovascular system.. Then let it fall out once, and at all prefer to cure the cold ..

In theory, you can do with it, but you shouldn’t overexercise yourself. So I would best ask my mother if she can write that I can only do little with because I like sport. I don’t know how you are.
