Spoofer used undo?

Hello everyone, I have the following problem and the following question.

My colleague who deals with cheats (Fortnite) offered me a chance to cheat, or rather, persuaded me to. He then suggested I use a spoofer (HWID changer). As far as I know, there are temp and perm spoofers. I didn't know anything about them at the time until I got banned on FiveM HWID. The problem is that I unknowingly spoofed the perm because my colleague lied and said that if I restart my PC, everything would stay the same. Is there a way to do something like an HWID reset or something like that to get my old HWID and the old serial numbers back?
