Yeah, no, maybe

This is possible with us in the company if the apprentice has no vocational school on the desired holiday day.

However, since an apprentice is not intended to replace a full-fledged working force, an AG must already be able to provide very important reasons in order to be able to refuse the vacation due to its operation.

Employers “ticken” different, so I cannot answer your question specifically.

Go to your instructor and ask. This is the only way to get the question answered safely

Then ask as soon as possible kindly.

I don’t know your AG and the company, but as I said, a AG must have a good reason to reject the holiday. That’s the legal side. But I would leave it aside if it didn’t have to be absolutely and try it with a nice request.

You can actually have your annual holiday free. But if you get approved from today to tomorrow, your instructor will decide.

You are held to take the vacation at least 2 weeks at a time because it otherwise misses the recovery effect. And as an apprentice, you have a right to leave during the school holidays.

You have to ask your boss, not us. At any rate, it is not forbidden to your boss to approve your vacation extremely short term.

It’s possible, of course, but ultimately your boss decides…
