Periode schlimmer geworden als sonst?

Hatte letzte und diese Periode plötzlich mehr schmerzen als sonst, meine Tage haben nicht mal begonnen und hab schon empfindliche Brust Spannungen grad, hab sehr unterleibschmerzen bis zu rücken und Füße und extreme Stimmungsschwankungen könnte ganze Zeit weinen hab so Angst das es was schlimmes sein könnte in Internet stehen Sachen bekomme deswegen sehr Panik…

Do you mean copper?

It doesn’t matter, you can also use it outside the period.

It’s less painful, especially if you don’t have children during the period. But for the Atzt and the Spiral, there’s no difference.

I got mine even without a period before I had kids and in the clinic where I work it is irrelevant.

Yeah, that makes it less painful. But is not absolutely necessary, is eh stretched.
