Spindle the Simson engine housing?
Hello,
I hope this doesn't violate the forum rules. My question is, if you have your engine case re-bored, how many millimeters can you still run a 50cc bike?

I'd like to make my Malaguti F12 a bit louder, by the way, and install a sports exhaust. Is it worth buying a sports exhaust for a scooter? If so, do you have any tips for good exhausts? Feel free to reply.
Hi, my girlfriend and I want to go to Penny, but it's 30 minutes away, so we wanted to ride our e-scooters. My mom won't let us, and I'm supposed to ask my dad, but I think he'll say no. I googled it, and I'm actually allowed to go, but I just have to persuade…
Good morning, I've had a Kymco Agility 50 with a 50cc 4-stroke engine here for some time now. It's giving me a bit of trouble… I bought it broken but I can't get it to start properly. Once it's warmed up, it doesn't run at a consistent speed and also idles a bit too high….
Does the Segway Ninebot Max G2 have the same acceleration as the lighter F2 Pro, since they both have the same motor but do not weigh the same?
It's quite dangerous to ride a moped on it because it's so slippery… How can I prevent myself from slipping?
Hello, I wanted to ask what the situation is with mopeds. I'm from Austria, and here we have scooters like Vespas, and then there are "regular" mopeds. I'm 14 and will be getting my license this summer, but I'm only 160 cm tall. I really want to ride a regular moped. Do you have any…
Your project doesn’t make any sense, you have to completely disassemble the engine in any case, in order to later dismantle the differently designed crankshaft. A piston for a 70ccm cylinder has a completely different weight than one for 50ccm.
Running will be the engine, no matter how far you spindle the housing, you will have a power loss because there are turbulences. Others are smoothing all the transitions in the most laborious manual work, you want to get some extra.
For your planned conversion, there are fully-fitting motors. It is no longer worth the 1000€.
So my basic idea was to build a flexible motor as there is the BigBoore crankshaft for 60-105ccm at PZ
Why to spindle when you drive 50 cubic
because I make my complete engine new and I plan to make a TüV moped out with my A2 driving licence and if so far I don’t want to start again
You can forget this because neither frames, brakes, nor chassis are designed.
There is that the registrations are re-examined by the audit organisations and the national authorities and that they have been carried out for ten years now – i.e., all these verifications over the past ten years must have shown that the currently available registrations are harmless, or do I see that wrong?

Simply read, stands a lot to write
There are providers specializing in such registrations.

then we’ll see what looks like now with the engine?
It won’t be enough. You’ll never get the vehicle in your life.
that’s right, I have disc brakes, box swing, enduro struts 2 times, CNC tele fork guide and stainless steel spokes.
Still, it would be nice if you could answer my frigae, how does it look like the engine case?
