Your project doesn’t make any sense, you have to completely disassemble the engine in any case, in order to later dismantle the differently designed crankshaft. A piston for a 70ccm cylinder has a completely different weight than one for 50ccm.

Running will be the engine, no matter how far you spindle the housing, you will have a power loss because there are turbulences. Others are smoothing all the transitions in the most laborious manual work, you want to get some extra.

For your planned conversion, there are fully-fitting motors. It is no longer worth the 1000€.

Why to spindle when you drive 50 cubic

You can forget this because neither frames, brakes, nor chassis are designed.

There is that the registrations are re-examined by the audit organisations and the national authorities and that they have been carried out for ten years now – i.e., all these verifications over the past ten years must have shown that the currently available registrations are harmless, or do I see that wrong?

There are providers specializing in such registrations.

It won’t be enough. You’ll never get the vehicle in your life.
