To your second question: This is a hypothetical question and such technology does not exist. It is difficult to say whether a small combat helicopter might interfere with the electronics of such a large spaceship.

No, but come on to the spaceship. Most large aircraft are mechanically secured several times and if one starts out with a spaceship, then it is indestructible, but it depends on how it is secured. So whether everything goes through an electronic or mechanical process or over several.
