Speedometer manipulated and TÜV report falsified, what can I do?

I bought a used car from a car dealer, and then it turned out that the MOT report was fake, and the car didn't pass the MOT due to tampering with the speedometer and other defects. What are my legal options, and what can I do about it?

There are only two possibilities.

Either show the dealer. Why you don't want to, even though he cheated you on the line and the thread, is a mystery to me.

Or ask him how he imagines this with your expenses. But you should determine them exactly. So tell him, "That costs me xxx euros, I want you to. If I don't get them, I'll show them." If the sum moves within the scope of your expenditure, it is completely legitimate.

Displaying fraud and insisting on withdrawal.

When was the car bought and how did you pay? Depending on your bank, you can reclaim the purchase price.

How did you pay? Credit card? If so, you can get the amount back. Talk to your bank.

Then grant a criminal complaint and at the same time submit a civil complaint to the lawyer.

As soon as you strike the legal path, you'll hurt the dealer.

Who knows what else? Just put the car back on the farm and ask for money back. You're right about a fraudulent deception.

Let me be taught. But the TÜV is interested in zero for speedometers. The claim: "the car hasn't gotten bad due to speedometer manipulation" I don't think so. The car is either safe or safe.

How was the TÜV report faked? Wasn't he at the facility?
