Hello, my Speedy suddenly stopped working after I drove it for a day without an air filter. It has no seal and currently has no air filter.
Do you think it's the carburetor/air filter?

I'm currently getting a 25cc moped license but wanted to buy a 50cc scooter. I live right in the city, and how likely would it be that I'd be stopped on a moped? And what would happen if I were caught riding a 50cc scooter with only a moped license?
