Speaker always connected when making a call (iPhone)?

Hello,

Recently, my speakerphone has been automatically turned on whenever I receive a call. It doesn't matter whether I'm making the call or receiving the call. In the accessibility settings, Automatic is selected under Call Audio Output.

Unfortunately, I can't find an answer online that solves the problem. I just want to be able to make phone calls normally again.

iPhone 15 Pro with the latest software! (17.5.1)

Can anyone possibly help me?

  • mute switch:Tap the “Stumm” button.
  • Keep a call:Place the finger on the “Stumm” button.
  • Free speeches:Tap the “Audio” button and select a target for the audio output.
