No, I can’t.

Most of the egg cells in the ovarian go on their own without ovulation. You have about 300,000 eggs at birth, about 100,000 are left at the beginning of puberty. Over the next 40 years, “jumping” is only a maximum of 500, the rest goes on without ever jumping.

If you have 120 egg jumps in the course of 10 years, this small number does not matter. While you significantly reduce your risk of ovarian cancer by avoiding the many useless egg jumps, your fertility is not prolonged.
