Sparkassenfiliale verweist auf andere Filiale?
Hallo, aktuell habe ich noch ein Konto bei einer Sparkassen.
Dort gibt es eine Hauptgeschäftsstelle in der Stadt und im Landkreis einzelne kleinere Filialen.
Die Hauptgeschäftsstelle hat täglich offen, die kleinen Landkreisfilialen meist nur einen Tag in der Woche.
Heute wurde ich wegen einer Depotkündigung (die Online nicht möglich ist) von der Hauptgeschäftsstelle abgewiesen und es hieß, dass ich das nur bei meiner kleinen Filiale machen darf, da nur diese für mich zuständig ist. Ich solle da an dem einen Tag in der Woche hingehen oder einen Termin ausmachen (wohlgemerkt, das ist die gleiche Sparkasse!)
Ist das einfach so erlaubt, weil ich würde ja doch gerne Verträge oder sonstiges, das auf paar Minuten erledigt ist, bei jeder der einzelnen Filialen erledigen können.
Zudem ist es ja mit Gegenüber vom Nachteil, weil ich schon gerne noch vor dem 01.10.2024 (vor dem 4. Quartal) das Depot auslösen möchte, um keine Gebühren mehr zahlen zu müssen?
Kann ich darauf bestehen, dass das auch die Hauptfiliale erledigt?

On the one hand, this is related to system rights – not every person, may give anything in deletion in each account, etc. On the other hand, with the employee resources/task distributions that are more responsible for the general and non-specialised items in such main posts.
