First there is “the access has been permanently blocked” not the “account has been blocked”. Whether this is the case you would notice if you tried to have the card.

I fear that after your answers to Isuzu the bank has blocked the account AND access. An account announcement could then also be in the room. I strongly recommend that you go there personally on Monday and explain what you can write.

In any case, does not sound after a “too often pin incorrectly entered”. That sounds like “never access.”

Any idea what might have happened?

If a domestic institute was, there should be no problem with money laundering. If a foreign institute was or something “seltsame” like cryptoaccount or similar would be more critical. Yes call, but they could tell you if the account had been canceled – why would you not know?

that means the online access is blocked

You’ll have to go to Sparkasse on Monday to settle this

Then you would have received mail.

Your online access will simply be blocked. Turn to your savings bank to settle the matter.
