Sparkasse account canceled or just online access?
I tried to log into my Sparkasse online banking, but I got the error message: "Access to ….. the Sparkasse bank has been permanently blocked." Unfortunately, I don't have my Sparkasse card with me and can't access an ATM. Does this mean my account has been closed? The word "permanently" bothers me.
First there is “the access has been permanently blocked” not the “account has been blocked”. Whether this is the case you would notice if you tried to have the card.
I fear that after your answers to Isuzu the bank has blocked the account AND access. An account announcement could then also be in the room. I strongly recommend that you go there personally on Monday and explain what you can write.
Gruss
That’s it! Thank you.
In any case, does not sound after a “too often pin incorrectly entered”. That sounds like “never access.”
Any idea what might have happened?
Hmm, yes I have transferred a middle 5-digit sum from my own (other institute) account to my savings account, but everything is clean…Fund earned money. Could it be for money laundering, and if so, can you explain? I will definitely talk to them on Monday, but my WE is still over….
If a domestic institute was, there should be no problem with money laundering. If a foreign institute was or something “seltsame” like cryptoaccount or similar would be more critical. Yes call, but they could tell you if the account had been canceled – why would you not know?
Thank you for your answers. Was actually a foreign bank transfer, but about a year ago had a similar bank transfer but without problems. If you say critical, what could that mean? Because the origin is completely detectable.
that means the online access is blocked
You’ll have to go to Sparkasse on Monday to settle this
I will definitely go. Let’s see… thanks for the answer.
Then you would have received mail.
Your online access will simply be blocked. Turn to your savings bank to settle the matter.
Thanks for the answer.
