Hi! In principle, the procedure must be as follows:

  1. Online banking contract plus Close the contract for electronic mailbox at the bank
  2. The following documents must be available: your online access, letter with the first access PIN, letter to activate PushTan with the activation code or QR code
  3. Set up the PushTan app and AKTIVIERE this … only then is it functional!!!
  4. Then you log on to a RECHNER via your bank’s homepage using your access data. The system will ask you to change the first access PIN sent… for this you need the first TAN and this only works when the Altivation was carried out (cf. 3.)
  5. Now you can set up the online banking app on your phone.

I also think that you’re miserable somewhere. Go through the list, maybe you can find it. Otherwise ask Sparkasse. Gruss

I think there’s something wrong 3D Sercure actually was thinking for credit cards, did you have one?

I would ask the bank if you were missing another letter.

That looks like you’ve done something wrong… what’s wrong with the Sparkasse. You better go there and ask.
