Setting up the Sparkasse app Error message?
Hello,
I am 15 and have a new youth account at Stadtsparkasse München.
I was able to set up the S-Push Tan app successfully.
However, when I want to set up the Sparkasse app, it asks me to change my PIN, for which I am redirected to the S Push Tan app, which then presents me with an error message.
"S Push Tan 2 Status Error"
When I try to activate 3D Secure using the QR code I received, the site tells me that my contract is blocked and that I should change my online banking PIN.
Does anyone know anything about this? Is it my fault or the savings bank's?

I think there’s something wrong 3D Sercure actually was thinking for credit cards, did you have one?
I would ask the bank if you were missing another letter.
That looks like you’ve done something wrong… what’s wrong with the Sparkasse. You better go there and ask.
