Sparkasse registration error?

I created an online banking account and wanted to set it up. Everything was fine until I was asked to enter my login name and PIN. Then I got the following message (see image 1), and when I tried to do so, I got the following message (see image 2). I wanted to call the Sparkasse, but they're closed today. What does that mean, and what can I do? (It's been like this since yesterday.)
That means that the PIN must be changed. If this does not work through the app, try the website of your savings bank. You can do on your phone, too. After that, the registration should work.
I’m sure you got a startpin from your savings bank. You have to change that now.
Dise PIN is not the same as the one you use for your card.
