Sparkasse Push-TAN App PIN?

Hello,

I recently had to log in to my Sparkasse apps again, but I no longer knew my online banking PIN, which is why I have now requested a new one.

Today I received the letter with the new PIN, but now I am faced with the following problem:

The regular Sparkasse app logically prompts me to change my online banking PIN. To do this, I have to authorize the corresponding order in the Push-TAN app, but I can't log in again using the new PIN provided by Sparkasse. Instead, I get the error message "Please change your PIN in online banking first." So, I'm now stuck in a vicious circle, because I can't change my PIN without the Push-TAN app, but the Push-TAN app requires the new PIN to log in.

Maybe someone has had the same problem and can help me. Otherwise, I'd call or go directly to the Sparkasse, but since today is Saturday, that's proving difficult. 🙂
