Hi! This would happen if the Sparkasse were a SWEIGNIEDERLASSUNG of your home savings bank, which I strongly doubt at a distance of a few hours. Therefore, my answer for problem 1 is NO, because the bank on site has no access to your data as it is another independent savings bank. You can use their SB devices at best.

My advice would be in place to resolve everything on site via a removal service of the Sparkasse and there a new account incl. Open up new online banking.

If this is not possible (may give reasons) then I recommend that you delete the current online banking system and have a completely new access to which everything is clearly and cleanly set. You could definitely dissolve the mess in the access, but it would be helpful if you were on site to do it directly, because you alone won’t get it in the mess and without the bank employee. Gruss

Can I go to a savings bank in my current city and this will help me?

No.

If your account-leading savings bank is “a few hours away”, you can exclude that it is the same savings bank, and foreign savings banks have no access to your customer data.

In your case, it would probably be best to change your account completely to the savings bank or another bank at your current place of residence. After opening the new account, you can also re-establish the online banking access there.

The dismissal of the old account is possible in writing without having to go there again. You can also use the “Account Exchange Service” of the new bank.

Sparkasse A cannot help you with problems with Sparkasse b. But you can move your account to Sparkasse A. You don’t have to handle Sparkasse B anymore.

Online banking, etc, you can also settle with Sparkasse A after the bank transfer.

There are over 150 different savings banks. You can withdraw money from all of you, everything else only from your savings bank.
