The Sparkasse is massively dismantling. Accordingly, stores have been closed for a long time and the number of machines has been reduced, simply because it is not worth it and fewer and fewer people go to the machine.

You could be lucky and your machine has only a temporary malfunction, but more likely is that they have turned it off because it is not worth it or they can no longer operate it.

Probably the deposit function turned off. There are different technical reasons for this. If you go to the vending machines this afternoon or tomorrow, the fault is probably eliminated.

Perhaps the machine is full or the usual services that take place in the background cannot take place, which is why the option has been disabled.

Try another machine and talk to an employee.

Then try again on another day and write an email to the bank or call it.

Welcome to the service desert Germany.

Actually, the apparatus should have been rebuilt or even replaced, otherwise your question is not possible. And then it would be conscious and so desired. Turn to your bank, it’s open.

Can be that the machine is temporarily locked because someone was so stupid to do coins or paper clips in there …

Just ask the savings bank – they know better than we here… 🙂

Then you either have to go to the branch or look for another machine that has the function.
